Quality Control
1. We use Solidworks to design cylinders and do force analysis.
2. Inspection process: incoming inspection, sampling inspection, process inspection and pre-shipment inspection.
3. Before the production, we will do chemical composition tests. The uninspected materials are stored in special positions and all inspected materials are able to be traced by size, supplier and date.
4. During the production, the process cards are placed around to make sure that the workers understand every step clearly. The products are marked for tracking.
