1. The drawings of the hydraulic pump station must be approved by the classification society (determined by the customer). The marine hydraulic pump station is used in high salt content offshore areas, and the paint for the hydraulic pump station is also clearly indicated in the approved drawings.
2. The waterproof and sealing performance of the marine hydraulic pump station and the insulation level of the motor must meet the requirements of the classification society.
3. All connecting hoses must be type approved by the classification society.
4. All cables must be made of low smoke, halogen-free, flame retardant marine cables and undergo waterproof treatment.
5. The hydraulic pump station should have alarm devices for pipeline pressure and liquid level.
6. Requirements for the oil tank of the hydraulic pump station: the weld seam is smooth, the sealing is checked with kerosene, and the surface is treated with qualified shot peening. Apply a rust resistant and paint resistant protective layer on the inner surface of the fuel tank.
7. All pipelines of the hydraulic pump station system are cleaned with solvent before installing the hydraulic pump, and the entire hydraulic system is confirmed to be free of dust particles, fabric fibers, oxide skin, and other foreign impurities. After the test is completed, the oil in the tank is discharged. The cleanliness and temperature of the hydraulic oil must meet the design requirements of the hydraulic pump station.
