When installing, pay attention to 6 items of hydraulic cylinder:
1. Clean the hydraulic cylinder and surrounding environment. The oil tank should be well sealed. The pipeline and oil tank should be cleaned to prevent other oxide scales and debris. Special paper should be used for cleaning. Twine and adhesives cannot be used as sealing materials. The hydraulic oil should be designed according to the requirements. Pay attention to the hydraulic oil Temperature and change;
2. When disassembling the hydraulic cylinder, take care to prevent damage to the thread on the top of the piston rod, the thread of the cylinder port and the surface of the piston rod. It is strictly forbidden to hit the cylinder tube and the surface of the piston with a hammer. Use fine oilstone to grind carefully;
3. Before installing the hydraulic cylinder into the system, compare the parameters on the hydraulic cylinder label with the parameters when ordering;
4. The base of the hydraulic cylinder must have sufficient rigidity, otherwise the cylinder tube will bow upwards when pressurizing, causing the piston rod to bend; the piping connection must not be slack;
5. Install the sealing gland screw of the hydraulic cylinder body, and its tightening degree is to ensure that the piston moves flexibly in the full stroke, without obstruction and unevenness of weight. Screws that are too tight will increase resistance and accelerate wear; too loose will cause oil leakage;
6. For hydraulic cylinder with exhaust valve or exhaust rosette, the exhaust valve or exhaust screw plug must be installed at the highest point in order to exhaust air.
