Generally speaking, the problem that the hydraulic cylinder can't move often occurs on the newly installed hydraulic cylinder. Generally, it is necessary to check from external factors, such as whether the mechanism dragged by the hydraulic cylinder has too much resistance, whether it is stuck, or resists others. Components, etc.; whether the hydraulic cylinder oil inlet pressure value is within the specified value range.
When the hydraulic cylinder lateral load is too large, the force is not strong, or the cylinder is seized by pulling the cylinder, the same consequences will occur. Therefore, when installing the hydraulic cylinder, make sure that the axis position of the cylinder is consistent with the direction of movement; and ensure that the load on the hydraulic cylinder passes through the cylinder axis as much as possible without eccentricity, so that the problem can be solved.
When the hydraulic cylinder is placed horizontally, the weight of the piston and the piston rod will produce deflection, which will cause the guide sleeve and the piston to produce eccentric load. As a result, the cylinder head seal is damaged, oil leaks, and the piston is stuck in the cylinder. Therefore, it is not recommended to install the hydraulic cylinder in a horizontal manner.
